Terms of Service

By playing Kalabendu, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t play.

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of consent where you live, you need a parent’s permission to play, and to buy anything.

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for what happens on it.
• One person per account. Don’t share, sell or buy accounts.
• Character names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or pretend to be staff. We may rename or remove names that break this.

Gold, Diamond, items, gear, pets, cards, techniques and memberships are a limited license to use inside the game. They are not real money or property, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.

You may trade only through the game’s own features, such as the Market. Selling or buying items, currency or accounts for real money or outside the game is not allowed.

Random rewards (eggs, techniques, skill pulls, drops) are random. A pull is never guaranteed to give a specific result unless the game says so.

• Diamond and membership packages are bought by contacting us through the in-game Top Up tab. Payment happens outside the game.
• After we confirm payment, the package is sent to the player code you gave us through in-game Mail. Check your code before you pay.
• Pendekar and Priyayi memberships last for the days you bought and do not renew on their own.
• All purchases are final once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a package never arrives, contact us and we will deliver it or refund you.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, the purchase is removed from your account (even if already used, which can leave a negative balance) and the account is suspended. Contact us if you think this was a mistake.

Don’t:

• use cheats, bots, scripts, macros, modified clients or tools that automate play or read hidden data;
• exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
• attack, overload or try to break into the game or its servers;
• harass, threaten, spam or scam other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat or names;
• pretend to be staff, or ask players for their Google account.

We may warn you, mute you in chat, remove items or currency gained unfairly, reset progress, or ban your account for a time or for good. Banned accounts lose access to everything on them, including paid items, unless the law says otherwise. If you think a ban is a mistake, contact us with your player code.

Kalabendu is still being built. We may add, change, rebalance or remove features, items, drop rates and prices, and in rare cases reset progress for everyone (we will announce it first). We will try to keep the game running, but it may be down for maintenance or problems, and we may one day close it. If we close it, we will give notice in the game.

The game, its art, world and code belong to us or our licensors. Music is used under the licenses credited on our home page. You may share screenshots and videos of your own play.

The game is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress caused by things outside our control, or more than what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If we have a dispute, we will first try to settle it by talking. Consumer protection laws where you live still apply to you.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell players in the game about important changes. Playing after an update means you accept it.
